I Love Horses 🐴 I just added a beautiful new horse print to my dining room gallery ledge wall (along with a horseshoe), and the best part it was totally Free!
I’ve shared about my source for Free Art before In THIS POST, but I’m happy to share all about it again in today’s post.
My Source for FREE Public Domain Images for Personal or Business use is a website I discovered called, RAWPIXEL and you can sign up HERE. It’s free, but they do offer a Premium membership that opens up even more art to download and creative tools. I’m currently just using the free version and have found a TON OF ART Available.
Another FREE Source I have Discovered Is Walgreens Photo center. Now it’s not exactly free, but if you sign up for their emails they Often send out coupon codes for FREE 8X10 prints that you can pick up at your local Walgreens the same day you place your order. Whenever I get one of these emails, I head to RAWPIXEL and find me a picture to download and upload to Walgreens photo center. This time it was
THIS beautiful horse print.
Of Course you can also use your printer at home to print your free art, but ours is always out of ink, so I like using Walgreen’s Photo Center as a resource.
I framed my horse print and hung it on the picture ledges in our dining room. I actually blogged about these ledges not too long ago here in our dining room that you can read more about HERE.
I’m really liking these picture ledges in our dining room because they make it so easy to add or switch around art on without leaving a bunch of nail holes behind.
To add a bit of color to our dining room, I added these maroon and gold and maroon and blue striped pillows to my two wicker chairs. I made these pillows using some pillow covers I had and some craft paints. Find my instructions HERE.
The pillows with the rugby stripes make me think of sports in the fall and so I associate them with Fall Decor. I also associate horses and country accents as fall decor for some reason and so this is my authentic way of slowly adding fall decor into our home.
After I hung up the horse picture, I was reminded that I also had a horseshoe, so I searched around our home until I found it and then decided to hang it up as well. Also, a little extra luck in our home is always appreciated 🍀
