Christmas Joy in our Sunroom

I was trying to water the plants in our sunroom the other day but I kept getting distracted. I just couldn’t help myself from adding little bits of Christmas JOY into our Sunroom. It was about an hour later that I remembered that I still needed to finish watering the plants. Ha!

The sunroom is right off of our living room and this side of the sunroom can be seen from the rest of the house and so it just made sense to continue on in here with my Christmas decorating.

There are some antique french doors that lead into the sunroom so I could close them to keep the room somewhat separate from the living room, but I usually keep them open. I love the look of the doors closed, but for easy access and to keep the doors safe from my wild boys, we just leave them open at all times.

So for my Christmas decorating here in the sunroom, the main thing that I did was add these JOY pillows.

My sister made the JOY pillows for me a few years ago and I think that they are so fun!

And then I just added some wood deer candle holders onto the coffee table/ wicker trunk.

Truthfully, theres not a whole lot of room in here to add too much Christmas Decor, seeing that my plants take up a lot of the space.

And then the last thing I did was add Christmas Lights to the windows. I know it’s not that noticeable in my pictures, but they add the most Christmas JOY of all to this room.

Especially at night. My son walked into the room the other night and said, “Cool! I really love the Vibe that’s going on in here right now”

Christmas lights really do create a Vibe. The lights, in my option, are the best part of Christmas decorating. Once the holidays are over, it’s the lights that I miss the most. You can get so accustomed to having them and so it’s always sad to see them go.
