I say this every year but it’s true, 🍂October is the prettiest month of the year🍂
Our entryway was looking so warm and welcoming today and so I just had to open up the front door and take a couple of pictures to share with you.
Last Christmas my Mother in Law gifted me with this beautiful portrait of our home that she had painted. She was able to capture our little cottage right down to the smallest details. And I just love that she choose to paint our home with an autumn scene.

I think that our home looks its best during the fall with these glowing trees out front. People have actually stop as they are walking by just to take pictures of these trees because they are That breathtaking.
The picture above was actually taken last year as you can see by the front door color. I paint our front door a lot and so this next picture shows what color our front door is painted currently. But even though the front door is a different color the trees are still just the glowy as ever. Too bad they can’t stay that way for ever.
It’s just a good reminder that you have to enjoy the seasons while you are in them because before you know it they are gone 🍂
