Colorful Coastal Paintings by Artist Annie Ingram

Are you needing some new art to go on your walls? I just added a new painting to our home that makes me so happy just looking at it. If you love coastal landscapes then follow along to learn more.

I love meeting and connecting with new people on Instagram, and someone I just got to know is Annie Ingram. Annie Ingram is a colorful impressionist who uses oils and pallet knives to create happy art for dreamers. She creates the most stunning coastal scenes that give you such a peaceful yet uplifting feeling.

Annie was so kind as to send me a little gift in the mail, the first being this gorgeous print from her “Bliss” Collection. This painting has a kaleidoscope of colors, colors that are seen in a sunrise that’s reflecting off the ocean. It is to be a reminder to stop and take in the peacefulness of nature amidst the chaos of life.

This print is actually on a canvas fabric and so it looks like an original itself. I placed the print in a simple white frame for now, but I want to find a different frame for it and leave out the glass so that the canvas is more noticeable, but for now, this is what frame I had on hand so it will have to do until I find something better.

I found a place for the print on this bookshelf in our home. I was actually inspired to revamp this bookshelf after adding the new art. I just simplified the shelves a bit, taking out some of the clutter I had going on before.

I thought that my colorful books looked cute next to the painting since theres a lot of the same colors going on. The blue bottles with seashells in them and the glass float help give the shelves that beach-house look. And then the painting on the bottom shelf is just one that I found while thrifting years ago.

So along with the print that I framed, Annie also sent me some greeting cards with her art on the front. I am so excited about these cards. I have been needing something like this for a while now. You know when you want to send someone a special card but don’t want just any old card, this is just the thing!

What I love about sending cards like this, is that the card itself can be a gift. I know if I received this card, I’d want to save it and put it in a frame, wouldn’t you?

A set of cards themselves would also make a great gift, they come packaged really nice in a bundle with envelopes tied up with a piece of twine.

Any of Annie’s prints would also make a beautiful gift. A gift to a beach-loving friend, or a gift to yourself.

Annie will be having a print release, but it’s only from July 7-9. So you’ll want to be sure to catch it! She only opens up her shop from time to time so if those dates have passed by the time you read this, be sure to give her a follow, or sign up for her mailing list, so that you don’t miss the next one.

Annie is such a sweet person and I would love for you to get to know her. Go give her a follow and take a look at all of her beautiful paintings. She is so talented and her art is heart warming. 💛
