I recently had the opportunity to step into a Ralph Lauren Store while vacationing to Las Vegas. Visiting the Ralph Lauren store was on my list of things I wanted to see, but I didn’t expect to walk away as inspired as I am still Today. Here are a few pictures I took while in the store. I wish I had taken more pictures, but I’m sometimes not sure if it’s allowed, so I just took a few secretly, but really I should have just asked.
I have gotten a little bit more familiar with Ralph Lauren and the different RL labels over the years through following them all on Instagram and Pinning to my Ralph Lauren PINTEREST BOARD. And the Label that has inspired me the most is the Double RL (RRL).
The Double RL Label can be described as Vintage-Inspired, Rugged, Heritage-driven, Western-Influenced, Artisanal, Rustic, Industrial, and Nostalgic. It draws heavily from vintage Americana utilitarian workwear, and it incorporates a lot of denim, leather, wool, and handcrafted elements.
Yes, the clothing was excellent, (but also very expensive) however, it was the stores displays that really excited me. Like I said, I have a Pin board related to Ralph Lauren, and I have many pins of pictures of the Double RL store displays and I love to stare into those pictures to take in every detail. I know there are some stores in CA, NY, and TN that are dedicated entirely of RRL that I would love to visit one of those stores one day. This Vegas store had Polo in the front of the store and then the RRL in the back of the store. The whole store was beautiful and fun to look at, but the back of the store really drew me in.
So now that I’m back home from my visit to the Ralph Lauren Store I can’t stop thinking about it and how amazing it was. So for fun I have been browsing all over AMAZON and have found some home decor items that have that same Rustic Heritage-Inspired look as the Double RL Label.
