Today I’m sharing simple ways I incorporated western decor into our home to create a cozy and relaxed feel, plus sources to shop the look.

Last Monday on Memorial Day, I shared these pictures on my Instagram page. I got a lot of nice comments about this look and so today I thought I’d re-share these pictures here on the blog

This is a cozy little area in our dining room that feels very warm and collected. I added the flag for Memorial day, but I think I will keep it here for all of summer because it adds such a nice touch. I also really like the gold eagle that is at the top of the flag pole. I think it has a vintage Americana look to it.

One of my favorite statement pieces in this room is the cow skull above the artwork. Mine is vintage, but I found a similar, slightly larger one HERE. (affiliated link)

Because my style is a mix of Western-Farmhouse and Relaxed-Coastal, I like to keep both on display. So a ship image in a shadow box with seashells, and some blue dishes tell a unique story when mixed together with old Cowboy paintings, and cow skulls.

I also have an old wood coat stand in the room. I find this so useful to hang my jackets, hats, and bags from. They always look like part of my home decor. I did add the red, white, and blue peace sign bag for another Memorial day touch. This Coat stand is both functional and a nice way to add a little extra quiet styling to the room.

Anyway, Not much to this post today, but I still wanted to share it here on the blog for you.
