I took way too many pictures of our Dining room makeover, and so I thought I’d break that post up in to a couple of different post so it wouldn’t be too long. Today, I wanted to just focus on the table setting. It’s super simple but worth talking about.

Above is a picture with our newly Living Room Makeover in the background. Since I added pops of blue and orange to the living room, I thought it would look cohesive to add those colors to the dining room as well. Blue and Orange is not a color scheme I usually decorate with, but I’m really loving it right now, and the coastal cottage vibe it’s bringing to our home.
The same colors can be found in the artwork that is hanging on the wall and so I think that all of the colors are playing nicely with each other.
I will link everything below, or what I could find that looks similar to my setting, but a lot of what I’ve decorated our table with is dinnerware that I have had for a while now.
I started with an orange and white striped placemat, then I added a melamine dinner plate. I finished the look with a Serena and Lilly napkin, wicker glass, wicker napkin holder and paper napkins. Again just really simple, but cute.
I once blogged about the Blue striped napkins HERE. I also wrote up a blog post about the Wicker Glasses HERE. I just love everything I have ever gotten from Serena and Lily. This Wicker napkin holder and cute paper napkins are new and I also love them so much. I also recently bought THESE PILLOWCASES from them, and they are my favorite.
I’ll be back to share about the blue chairs soon. So keep an eye out for that post if you are interested in hearing more. Like, I said in the beginning, there ended up being a lot of little projects in this room, so instead of sharing everything at once, I will blog several detail post to cover everything.
