Mele Kalikimaka – A Holiday Cocktail

You Have To Try This One! Jake comes up with the best ideas and this was one of them. Truthfully, I wasn’t sure this one would turn out so good, but Oh my, It’s delicious!

He took your tradition holiday eggnog and gave it a Hawaiian twist by adding Pineapple and toasted coconut rum to it. Eggnog and Pineapple might seem like a strange combination, but it kinda reminded me of a Dole Whip from Disneyland.

Ingredience:

  • Vanilla Ice cream (Tillamook is our Favorite)
  • Pineapple Rum
  • Toasted Coconut Rum
  • Eggnog
  • Milk (optional)
  • Whipped Cream

Directions:

  • Add one large Scoop on Vanilla Ice cream into a glass
  • Add one shot of Pineapple Rum (we used Malibu)
  • Add one shot of Toasted Coconut Rum (we used Blackheart)
  • Pour the remainder of the glass with eggnog. (if you like to mix your eggnog with milk like I do, then pour the remaining half with equal parts eggnog and milk.
  • Stir and add Whip Cream to top.
