Who else has a soft spot for blue speckled enamel dishes? I know I’m not alone—just a quick search online and they’re everywhere! Both new and vintage pieces are surprisingly easy to find.

I put together this cheerful little display of blue speckled enamel dishes in our dining room, and I’m absolutely loving how it turned out! Every time I catch a glimpse, I fall for those vibrant pops of blue all over again—the whole arrangement feels so thoughtfully collected and full of happy memories.

We’re selling our pop-up camping trailer, and I’d be lying if I said it didn’t tug at my heart a little—we’ve made so many fun family memories in it over the years. While I was cleaning it out, I stumbled upon our collection of blue enamel dishes, and instantly knew I wanted to repurpose them in our home. That’s how this little display came to life—full of charm, color, and sweet nostalgia

I already had the white dishes styled on this shelf, so I simply layered in the blue enamel pieces. I love how the blue pops against the white—it creates such a fresh contrast. And paired with the natural wood tones, it all comes together with a rustic charm that I’m totally loving.

This enamel coffee percolator was always a camping lifesaver—I can’t go without my morning coffee! But there’s just something extra special about sipping a hot cup brewed on the camp stove, with a crackling fire nearby and a quiet lake in view. It’s a feeling you just can’t replicate.

Along with the blue enamel dishes, I grabbed a few other fun, random pieces to add some character—like a knife with a really cool handle that I tucked into a cup (you can see it pictured above). I also pulled out three vintage badminton rackets and stood them up in a metal lantern, which turned out to be the perfect holder (pictured below).

I can’t help but laugh when I see these badminton rackets. Every time we went camping, my boys would pull them out, and without fail, the birdies would end up stuck in the trees. Then we’d spend what felt like hours tossing shoes and anything else we could find to get them down—usually just adding more things to the tree! Honestly, I think that was the most fun part of it all.

Today, I had planned to simply share this sweet little blue enamel dish display with you—but instead, I found myself taking a trip down memory lane. These memories mean so much to me, which is why I’m especially happy to have these old camp dishes on display. They’re a daily reminder of the fun, carefree summers we’ve shared
